My milk is supposed to expire on the 17th, but it's already gone bad D:

I usually buy 1L, but this time I bought 2L... and I wasn't even halfway done yet!!
Plus, I mixed a little bit of the bad milk with the chocolate milk, so 3/4 cup of chocolate milk is gone too ;o;

Such a waste... of milk and money!! ;__;

lol So I went to the caf to get dinner, and today's "special dessert night" is "Fresh Fruit Tart Night"

It looked pretty decent, but it was sooo expensive!! Meal card price was $3.85 for a tart that was about 10cm in diameter!
So I resisted the urge to buy it and proceeded to check out.

Then lol the guy in front of me bought a fruit tart (along with the rest of his dinner) and the cashier lady was like "*blah blah*...and the expensive fruit tart" lol!

I literally lol'd right there.

We talked about that for a bit :P
Really though, almost $4 for a fruit tart.. that's friggin' expensive!
Off-campus prices are definitely so much cheaper!

$4 is like... Cumpari's (specialty dessert/gelato place) price is that, but that place is over-priced anyways XD

But yeah... just had to rant about that :/
Oh, and today was also "Korean Night", in which the food... well, can't say it's really anything special :/
It was like... a pork roast (with a Korean sauce I think) and these chicken breast... which really isn't anything special.
Well... it was a big orz moment :P

Waa~ It's a little late, but Happy 2008 Everyone~

Today is the first day of the second semester *sigh* I can't believe that Winter Break is over so sooon!
But I guess I'll start this first post of 2008 with some goals I hope to achieve (not resolutions though, since they sound so absolute.. besides, I probably won't follow through completely lol~)

lol~ So I decided to stay at Irving's today hoping to get some work done (since obviously I wasn't getting any done in my dorm), and there was this guy who sat across from me who was the moooost annoying person evaaar =o=
He kept on twitching or something, and I couldn't concentrate at all with all the noise he was making :/
Then again.. I wasn't really doing much work at the library either XD

But yeeees, I left the library at around 10:30PM, and there was this group of people with a table set up, giving out free coffee/tea/hot chocolate :D
I asked them what it was for, and they just said it was for us students studying for exams

Oh, and there was an ambulance outside Ha Lim's dorm (Tec-UBC) when I was coming back XP I wonder what happened..
Plus, someone vomited at the end of the hallway of our floor about two nights ago :/ I wonder what happened too.. :P

=o= Chem final tomorrow.. I have the biggest feeling that this will not turn out as well as my Bio one :/

Why won't people flush the toilet?
Even worse, they leave their crap (literally) in the toilet.
Just sitting there.. waiting for someone to flush it..
I refuse to flush your crap for you!
It's not that hard! All you do is you turn around, and flush that god-damn piece of crap. Doesn't even take more than a few seconds
WHY WON'T YOU FLUSH YOUR TOILET!?

What's worse than not flushing the toilet is the people who don't f-ing wash their hands after they come out.
Duuuude, for sanity reasons, pleeease wash your hands!
I don't know what you've been doing in there, in fact, I don't want to.
And this isn't hard either! Just walk towards the sink, soak your fingers (even for a few seconds), then dry it.
Not hard at all, especially for university students.
So why won't you wash your hands!?

I thought people would have the common washroom etiquette nailed down by now :/

Oh, and I got my Biology Midterm back~
At first, the prof said that the class average was 49%, and it was the biggest OTL moment ever -__-;;
However, he said that an extra 10% will be added to everyone's mark since it was so low lol
Anyways, everyone got up to get their test, but I opted to get mine at the end of the class since I... was really worried that I got 20% or something -__-;;

So I went and got my test at the end of the class, and guess what? I got 63%!! XD
63 plus 10, that means I actually got 73%~ That's pretty high from the average, so I'm pretty happy :D

Also, the Physics lab exam today was pretty easy too~ Oh, and we got to leave Bio lab extremely early today, so all-in-all, today was an awesome day :D

XD There was a black out in all of UBC today at around 1:00PM, and I thought it was the coolest thing ever XD
I was hoping it would last long enough that I don't have to go to the god awful Bio lab :/ But it came back on before that XP

Anyways, I thought that would be the end of the blackouts, but just a while ago (about an hour or so earlier), there was another blackout lol

I was at the Koerner Library, a bit dozed off into sleep because I only got 3 hours of sleep last night (Bio midterm :/)
Then suddenly, the lights went off, someone across my corner of the library screams lol Everyone on my corner of the library had laptops, so we weren't too badly scarred XD
Some lights came on--the emergency lights, and in the end, because the librarians phoned BC Hydro to see how long it would last, in which they said it would last for at least an hour or so..
So they decided to kick us out before the emergency lights ran out :/

Yep.. so got back to my dorm, which was full of people with flashlights lol But the fifth floor corridor was so empty XD
Some of my floor buddies and I decided to just sit in the corridor to chat until the lights came back on lols
It was pretty amusing~

But the whole KU building (where I live) is bitter that Tec (where Ha Lim lives :/) has emergency lights in the stairs, hallways, and even bathrooms!!
We had one lighted place left, which was the main staircase, but other than that, everywhere else was dark XP

So yeah.. that was an interesting experience XD Good thing I don't have any midterms tomorrow XD
Knock on wood that it won't happen again!
Oh, or that evil false fire alarm yesterday too!! >:(

Hmm.. so I did my Bio midterm today.. there was this section that I forgot to read over OTL
Hopefully I did well..
I feel that I did better than my first, but I donno, I've been let down by myself before :/

Anyways, Math and Physics midterm on Friday! OTL!!

I told myself I would study, and I haven't done a thing!

Oh, and my new phone -finally- arrived!! The only weekend I wasn't going home, it arrives. How crappy is that.
But I'm glad it arrived, since I've been waiting for pretty much a month for it orz;;
That means I can finally take pictures! And post a new one for facebook! XD
